Our Policy

We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If something isn't right, we'll make it right.

Returns Window

You have 30 days from the date of delivery to return an item for a refund or exchange.

Conditions for Return

Items must be unused, in their original condition, and in original packaging. Items that have been used in the field cannot be returned unless they are faulty.

How to Return

Email us at hello@sportingdoggoods.com with your order number and reason for return. We will provide a returns address and instructions.

Faulty or Incorrect Items

If you receive a faulty or incorrect item, please contact us immediately. We will cover return postage and arrange a replacement or full refund.

Refunds

Refunds are processed within 5 business days of receiving the returned item. You will be refunded to your original payment method.
